Get a free customer information database to store your e-mail addresses in. Included is a version for the PC. Contact us for a version for the Mac. Included is a template to print a form designed to fit a clipboard that is ideal for use in restaurants and events. You or your staff can use the form to get the e-mails from your guests. Also included is a template to print out index card size customer information cards.   The 5  x 4   index cards print 4 to a sheet and use the Avery Standard 3263 layout or equivalent card media. Your customers can fill out the cards and your staff can enter the data during your slower times.

 The free database can later be upgraded to our basic database and the information can be easily transferred into it.

 The basic database prepares your information for transfer into the e-mail system.  It prints mailing labels for all customers contained in it or just the customers that have no e-mail address. It allows you to create easy searches for groups of customers according to your wishes, and the lets you print mailing labels to send mail only to that specific portion of your list.
